My husband and I went there for the first time. The place was very clean and the employees are wonderful. I ordered Carne Asada tacos the meat was hard to chew. It didn't have any kind of flavor at all. At least the salsa was good.

I attempted to order a Barbacoa burrito with pico de gallo and guacamole. Typically I guess it comes with rice sour cream cheese etc etc I just wanted those three items in a flour burrito. It took the girl 5 times to seemingly comprehend what I wanted. Like she was attempting to comprehend string theory for the first time. I knew then that I was going to get the normal burrito. So I waited in the Drive-Thru for a good 10 minutes at the payment window without any acknowledgement. I was the only one in line and finally girl op... read more
horrible and slow service. I just waited 10 minutes in the drive thru after her saying give me a minute. 3 cars drove off while waiting while I was there. I kept saying hello, no answer. I just wasted my lunch time there and got no service.
I didn't need another reason to like El Taco Tote, as our family has always enjoyed them. But their generosity during the #Covid19 crisis has been outstanding! They have been providing meals for the students at our #multifamily communities. We've lost count at how many meals have been donated to date, but they are truly appreciated!
