I placed an order for 2 (two) beef tacos � and two (2)sweet teas to go. I ordered at the register when you walk in the door at 12:30. At about 12:40 and again at 12:50 the hostess checked on my order. Finally the manager who had walked by me many times was asked by the hostess to check on my order. When he returned he tried to blame the wait on the server. He told me I should have checked on the order sooner also. Usually love this el sombrero but worst dining experience of my life tonight. Whole family's that arrived after us ate and left before we finally got our cold food almost an hour after ordered. Had to take it home to heat it up just to eat it. Server knew we were unhappy and didn't try to do anything to fix it. Don't see myself going back after that.
We eat here just about every time we're in Statesboro!! Thank you for making my sons 21st great!! We didn't even have to ask for y'all to sing to him!!! Food was awesome! Atmosphere was awesome! And service was awesome!!
This use to be the best place in town to go to..now it's terrible..slow and poor service from servers and management, food is cold..not worth going to anymore unfortunately.
Loved it as always.
