Since the "New" Owners took over El Sombrero (aka:The Hat) - it has been such a wonderful experience. The remodel and cleanliness is amazing. The waitstaff and food has improved so much. They have "NEW " items on their menu (and going to have more) and they still have our old favorite entrées too. The "NEW" selection of tequila is -out of this world. RecommendedOur meal was fantastic, as always. If you like carne asada, this is the place for you! Fried ice cream for dessert was better than anywhere else, bar none!
