This food was so fresh...had to wait a little while, as I ordered the Tortilla Soup and could not believe they made it FRESH, I once had the most incredible tortilla soup in Mexico City 20 some yrs. ago. I have been ordering this at many restaurants since trying to find one as good...to no avail. Had to go to Wenatchee recently and stopped in at El Sol..all I can say is that this soup surpassed the one in Mexico City many times over, it was amazing, and the guacamole unbelievable.
