PA Lauren was soo gentle, kind & thorough. Didn’t feel a thing as she removed a melanoma of my back. Strongly recommend her for any health & aesthetic needs such as Botox. Great attention to detail & extremely patient and kind.
Abominable patient service, I booked an appointment a month in advance (first available appointment) but then 5 days before got a voicemail saying my appointment was cancelled because my insurance was inactive - it was not, they had insurance details from when I last had an appointment several years ago, and actually before I got the call I used their online tool (Klara) to confirm my insurance validity and got no response, I called to follow up and was on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up and had to try several m... read more
This used to be a great place, and I will say the team in the front office are wonderful people (Juana is a rockstar!). But the practice recently made the unfortunate decision to outsource their billing to an incompetent group of people who offer zero help. I was significantly overcharged on different visits and had to get my insurance company to break everything down for me since you can no longer reach anyone at the local office when you request billing. The nurse (I don't remember her name) followed by Dr. Evron asked a lot of questions and waited for my answers. They were not in a hurry to just get rid of me. All employees were very nice and professional.
