The food is different that your average Mexican restaurant. More authentic? Really enjoyed. For Friday it wasn’t crowded ( contrary to what we’ve heard). Live music definitely helped to create mood. Every single person working there was pleasant and smiling. Just wondering, what took us so long to get there (have been living in neighborhood for quite few years). Highly recommending.
Maybe it’s better if you eat it there but my take-out beef tacos were just beef wrapped in a tortilla with melted cheese on top. Of the three things we ordered...not one was even remotely decent.
My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for well over 20 years best Mexican food south of Boston. Have never been disappointed. Margaritas and sangria are outstanding
