Seriously no words. They are the BEST. We love everything and come every 2 weeks to stock up ( we live in Carmel). This is the real deal. Authentic locally raised meat, butchered expertly.
Artists create with beef, pork chicken and seasonings to make pure goodness. The dedication shows for the love of producing quality product.
We have shopped at El Salchichero for over 3 yrs and have always been more then impressed with the creativity of the sausages and the meats surpass anything you can get anywhere!! Great job!! Bravo!!
