Best meat; no more grocery store let downs after visiting here
If you like charcuterie this place is heaven. There meats are just perfect from there orange fennel sausage to waygu breasola to copa and everything inbetween. I just did a huge charcuterie board for thanksgiving and it is what everyone is still talking about.
Friendly people. Great products, and many interesting ones like Rillettes with candied cumquat or salami with pine needle tips. Pricy, but worth it

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I've been very grateful for the folks at El Salchichero because it's the only booth at the DownTown Santa Cruz Farmers Market I get my meat from! Bob you rule!!!!!!!!!!
