Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage zu den Universal Studios und direkt in der Nähe von einer Metro für den Hollywood Walk of Fame!! Zuvorkommendes Personal und immer gut für einen Plausch :) Gerne wieder!

AWFUL motel (it's not a hotel). EXTREMELY creepy staff, from the second we arrived my gf and I felt uncomfortable. I am not exactly sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews, I will assume they are paid, but I implore you to do your full research before booking here. The front desk staff are some of the creepiest most unprofessional people I've ever come across in all my years of travel, and one even tried barging into our room unannounced right after we had checked in. Wow! What can I say! This is a nice place! The room was amazing! It’s not a traditional hotel where rooms are attached and you feel like you have to walk quiet or worry about other noisy rooms. It was so nice and quiet AND CLEAN! I love that they shut the little gate leading into the parking lot at midnight, made it feel even safer than it already was! Wonderful rooms, very clean, and amazing staff. We arrived too early for check-in but they were very accommodating and hurried to prepare the room early. Great options to eat close by as well. Very impressed!

Very good customer service! Room was very cute and clean. Convenient location from the bus stop to NoHo arts district as well as a 15 min walk to the nearest metro station.
