In april I made an new patient appointment for dental, I made this appointment through the dental department and they told me I had to wait until october 29th to be seen. I call today to double check the details and make sure I still have an appointment, and they now tell me its for medical, not dental and they cant change it. I'm sick and tired of this place finding seemingly new ways to delay or deny appointments especially when its something serious such as dental infections. They will lose your information, turn refilling prescriptions into weeks-long emergencies without meds, can’t seem to communicate to their own providers, and have systems that go down all the time. This place will put you in danger. Do not use their pharmacy under any circumstances. They have put me into desperate situations more times than I can count, completely unnecessarily, to the point that it has permanently affected my long-term health because I can’t get meds I needed soon enough.
