The care team is attentive, the doctors take time to understand your health history, and the front office staff treats you with kindness and respect. I tried another center before returning to Irvington, and that experience only deepened my appreciation for the outstanding care here. Thank you all so much!
Front desk staff needs to be more helpful. I took my mother in for her Dr.'s Appt. While there was NOT a waitting line she walked up to the counter and was left standing for quite a bit while the staff wasnt busy talking to eachother watching her standing there. Especially by one in particular who was face to face a couple feet away from my mom didnt care to take 10 sec to acknowledge or give her any guidance . My pregnant mother went in there for the typical things a pregnant lady would go for, they asked for some type of $100 deposit and after handing it to them, on the next visit they said she didn’t pay and supposedly they have no cameras to prove that it was given
