It's not located in the best area, but don't let that scare you away. This is the oldest Mexican restaurant in BR and I can see why they're still going strong. The food is AMAZING! My husband had his 1st visit 2 weeks ago and we went back last night. I had been craving the tacos and guacamole all week. I'm not an enchilada person but got them last week. They were SO GOOD! Food came out piping hot, perfectly seasoned & there’s nothing more I love than some yummy, delicious Mexican food. We will dine here several times a month.
I always enjoy eating and it really has an enjoyable atmosphere when I go there. Family owned, plus it’s the oldest Mexican Restaurant in Baton Rouge. Right there, tells you a lot about the place.
Hard to beat the easy going atmosphere and food at great prices.
