I went here for a "consultation". Put down $100 "DEPOSIT". I was NOT told that I'd lose that deposit if I didn't do the biopsy RIGHT THEN. So now they want to charge me ANOTHER $100 for the biopsy that I wasn't prepared to do that first time because they failed to mention that. This was NOT with my regular OBGYN (whom I give 5 stars). SHE would have told me.
I’m not even the type of person to leave a bad review but I seriously felt like crying walking out of the clinic today. I went in for my postpartum (c section) follow up and the doctor literally did not check anything besides the incision. I felt rushed. I know a Doctors day can be so busy but every patient matters. And even if it’s our 3rd or 6th pregnancy ITS NEVER THE SAME we don’t become experts bc not ever pregnancy is the same … please be more considerate of patients feelings and have a routine … what should be checked... read more
Me and my family have been el Rio patients for years. I just happen to be on the Southside and needed to use the restroom. I stopped at two other locations and was given excuses to why I couldn’t use the bathrooms . when I walked into this location. I explained to the woman that I had been to two other places already and I really needed to use the restroom she asked if I was a patient and I said yes, but that I didn’t have an appointment that day and then she proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t use the restroom. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT at this location. My appointment was at 10 am, I arrived 25 minutes EARLY as they ask, at 10:25 they only came to take my blood pressure and my weight and they made me go back to the waiting room, people who arrived AFTER me came in first, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? ...
