Love the spacious outdoor patio dining. Very attentive staff.
Beautiful nostalgic place. Worth the experience, but the bed in my room was too hard and uncomfortable after a day of driving.
gorgeous hotel, comfortable beds and rooms more than large enough. unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel during this current health crisis. employees and guests are not minding New Mexico mask mandates. receptionist had mask below her chin. when I approached the check in country she covered her mouth but left her nose out. restaurant employee walking around lobby without a mask. sitting down and rolling silverware without mask. if they're this relaxed with this simple health mandate, I'm unsure if rooms would be prope... read more

Love the historic ambiance of El Rancho...staff was super friendly! It was a little warm in the room but we managed. Recommend having coffee with fixings available in the AM...none in the room and restaurant doesn’t open until late morning.
I usually get great service today I went there sitting by myself single woman and got treated like s*** I'm a server and a bartender I know a good services and I did not get that today I don't know if I'll be back or not
I love El Rancho!!! Margarita and Leraux are awesome!!! Can’t wait to go back.
