Have wanted to go to El Rancho Grande for years -- finally made it there, and wasn't at all disappointed! I'll be dreaming of the queso fundido with poblanos for months. The enchiladas mole poblano were so rich, complex and savory-sweet with chocolate and spices that I can truly say I've never had anything quite like them before.
