El Puerto El Puerto is such a great family dining experience. Great food, great service, and decently priced. The owners are very friendly and care very much about each customer.
so, the food was decent had it been an inexpensive restaurant. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. The food was prepared quickly, but it took a very long time to be able to place our order. Here is the good part..... They would offer extras like guacamole for the chips and make no mention that they were going to charge an extra $3.50 for said guacamole. Great place! This restaurant is one of my favorite. It's family owned and they are wonderful people. They never seem to forget a face. All of there food items are very good and it's a very relaxing place to eat. They also have food to go. I recommend you try it!
Great Food, Great Service – When I had an office in downtown Edmonds, I ate at El Puerto nearly every day. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the owners, Ramon and his wife, made me feel part of the family. I tried most everything on the menu, and loved it all, but tended to focus on tostadas with rancho beans. I've never found a better tostada. Closest Thing to Mexico This Side of the Border El Puerto is an absolutely gem in the heart of downtown Edmonds. Family owned and operated, the food is excellent, the service top notch and the experience one of a kind. They start you out with the best salsa of any Mexican restaurant around and offer a large menu with a wide variety of options. The service is so fast it's hard to believe, but the atmosphere so pleasant that you end up staying for hours.
Great Mexican Food Great Mexcian food, margaritas, and combinations. I would highly recommend tyring the deep fried ice cream as a dessert! Very affordable prices. Perfect place to have dinner and have a nice walk down to the waterfront for afterwards.
El Puerto This is the mexican restaurant I used to always go to as a kid. The fajitas are my favorite (especially the chicken) and they come on a sizzling plate and it is quite fun
Bland food and inconsistent service – I do not reccomend this restaurant to people looking to eat high-quality Mexican food. The food is very bland and has made me sick on two occasions. My order has also been incorrect and I have been given the wrong type of meat on more than one occasion. I love Mexican food and work very close to this restaurant but usually walk 1/2 a mile down the street to a different Mexican restaurant near the waterfront.
