Service was exceptional, food was great and the Mango Margarita was yummy! Enjoyed my visit there - when I am back in Pasadena I will make sure to stop in again.
Chile Rellenos on menu that dont say "Cinnamon Chili Rellenos". I wanted a refund.
My son and I visited EL PORTAL RESTAURANT YESTERDAY, Tuesday, July 24th.this one of our favorite restaurants. I had a regular delicious MARGARITA, my Son had a strawberry large one. We ordered the trio. Cochinita Pibil, The Yucatan Tamal and Poc Chu plate, and the Enchiladas en Mole. Both entrees were excellent. I give it a 5. Highly recommended Mexican restaurant. It has a wonderful South of the border atmosphere, Great sevice and bar. Also validated Green St. Parking.
Pasadena local hangout for a long time... beautiful atmosphere. The green sauce (tomatillo)is really good... I also saw a Justify Margarita in honor of Triple Crown Winner, Justify his and jockey Mike Smith, which is probably good :)
Wound up there for Mother’s Day and had a fantastic romantic time. Great food and amazing service.
Beautiful ate on the patio. Food yummy yum. Your pet is welcome. Price was good. Will be returning with more friends. Loved the staff.
