Good chicken , good people , just terrible communication . 20$ for a salad & drink , waited 30 minutes for said salad , said it was only going to be 5 minutes. This is the second time I’ve ate there and have had to wait longer than the time they said also with absolutely no one inside eating . Maybe it’s my fault for ordering a salad at a Mexican spot but I was just picking chunks of lettuce out and bones out the whole time . Just sharing my experiences there . Go try it for yourself though 👍🏻

I had a good experience at El Pollo Norteño in Corona. The food was reasonably priced and overall tasted good. My only complaint is that I wish the chicken in the two-piece lunch meal had a little more meat. What really stood out to me, though, was the excellent customer service. The young man working at the counter immediately greeted me when I walked in and made sure every guest was taken care of. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers. First time here. We got there before closing. Disappointed with the food. Chicken was very dry. Potatoe salad was blah. Potatoes were hard. Frijoles charros were awful . Salsa had a spicy tomatoe sauce flavor.disappointed in food. Service was good. Nice dining area. But 1 hour before closing dining in was closed.sadly not what we expected
