It USED to be 5 star... not any more. And filling out "contact forms" is a waste of time. Burnt chicken, half orders (but still charged full price), missing ingredients (my chicken bowl LITERALLY had about 15-20 beans), poor quality (the sour cream looked like it was separating... watery and grainy), damaged ingredients (when the taco bowl is in 5 pieces WHEN YOU GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER, that's just laziness on YOUR part). Stopped for chicken to be told they don't have any chicken. This is the worst managed El Pollo Loco I have ever visited.
I drive from Yucca Valley just for the food and employees here. Always friendly staff and great food.
