The driveway maze is sort of confusing and parking lot is poorly designed. The food was mediocre sort of cold and tostada wasn’t lush more like on the smaller side and sort of stale. The woman working the counter, Brenda I think was her name wasn’t paying attention and didn’t charge for combo but for the tostada only. When asked to add the drink, giving attitude to the customer. Yeah, not the best El Pollo Loco location.
