The food was ok. The service was great very nice young lady at the counter.
I place my order by DT and make me wait more the 20 mint on the parking lot for only mash potatoes, went I went in still was not ready and they take out from the microwave?????! On top was super hot out side went I get home the only hot was the mash the rest of my meal was cold !???? I make a complain that day but I don’t receive a apology
The quality of the food wasn't the same as the other El pollo loco I've been too
The place is nice the people are nice the Food is great BUT .... I got 12pc bucket, corn, beans and mashed potatoes... I told them it was to go and they didn't have me a silverware
