Much better than it used to be. Lack of beans in burritos recently is a bit weird though.
I love El Pollo Loco and probably eat here about four times a month! I really appreciate the keto-friendly options. The girl at the drive-thru was super sweet and bubbly, she greeted me with a smile and made the interaction so pleasant. I do wish they offered more coupons, but overall it was a nice little treat after getting my nails done. I’d definitely recommend this location for their exceptional customer service!
Terrible service. Ordered drive through asked for a double chicken salad and I asked if instead of the chips I could get a churro instead all I got was a “no” then “ would that be everything” I said yes and at the window I asked for a order of churros.the guy asked if I need something extra and I said yes green salsa please.
