Ordered an a la carte quesadilla and 4 pc meal in drive thru. The quesadilla wasn't in the bag. Went back to window and it wasn't entered hence not in the bag. Was told to wait out front and it would be brought out. That did not happen so ordered again in drive thru.
Excellent food, hot and fresh great presentation great quality and the manager came over and asked if everything was good if there was anything she could d. so I have to say that the customer service is impeccable. At the end of eating, I asked them how many calories was my meal they gave me the entire breakdown from this salad dressing to the salad and we’re super cool about everything.
Very bad customer service. No one welcomes you in or assists you with the self-service machine. The manager had a bad attitude and a sour look on her face. The food was not prepared correctly. I went to Cafe Rio after wasting my money here.
