Today, Tuesday, August 6th, it was 6:53pm. I came to this Pollo Loco to eat. I wanted a classic tostada. The employees told me that I had to order it on the screens they have there. But the screens are very dirty, they are sticky. I didn't feel like touching that with my hands. I asked the employee to take my order herself and she told me that she couldn't. I asked for the manager and he didn't want to help me either. I told them if they would clean the screen, I would place my order but I don't want to touch it like that. W... read more
