Went to Pollo loco 🍗 in upland yesterday. This is after me not going for many many years cuz their food really isn't that great so I decided that I was going to stop by. First of all I ordered a three pack chicken meal with thighs. The thighs look like they're on a diet 😂.I ordered a salad for my wife 🥗 with some cilantro dressing 🌿. I didn't get that. Really disappointed 😔, it won't be going back ever 🙅♀️.
Bowls look nothing like pictured. Very small overcooked hard pieces of chicken in the double bowl for 14.99. Can't be 78 grams of protein. Use to be large white chunks of chicken in their bowls. Has happened several times now from this location.

The food as always, is delish the only concern I have is the water in ladies room being too hot, tried both nobs and both had hot water running. Could burn a child slash people with sensitive skin 🥺
