The chicken here is juicy and very good. I been to many other locations and here is the best chicken I’ve had from pollo loco. The staff is extremely welcoming and warming and the service is fast. I always hit this spot when I’m in Poway. Keep doing what you do thanks! Props to the person fire grilling
Theres no way they did not see all these bugs in the broccoli. I cant even go back to get a refund. This is wild. I took a bite then looked at it cause it smelt unclean and found all these bugs.
