Good customer service clean good place for a quick bite to eat
Good food for a fast food restaurant. Prices are high, $35 for lunch for 2. They need to offer more salsa/hot sauce choices. Salsa should be able to serve yourself instead of asking for it. Not enough drink choices. Nothing that's sugarfree/caffeine free. I would come more often if the prices were more reasonable.
This pollo loco is fast and the employees are kind. My food was delicious and fresh.I was in and out through the drive thru in less than 5 min. This location also takes EBT the one on Rio Rancho doesn't.
Just went half an hour ago and they supposedly opened an hour ago. Cone blocking drive thru so I parked and tried to go in. Door is locked and empty inside. Wasted my lunch break coming here. Never again
The dining area was filthy... Each table was not wiped. On the floor at debris on it everywhere disgusting and disappointing..
