This place is always out of chicken. Or .. only have leg and thigh when they should have different pieces. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Tired of the nonsense.
I ordered a 3 piece meal and they gave me a small wing and one piece of chicken. they refused to give me extra salsa. Will not come back
This spot is bangin. Been coming here for 3 years now. As far as food food style chains go.. this is by far the best value out there. You do need to use the app to get the deals… but a 12 pc chicken, 3 large sides… that green avocado salsa they give you as many as you want… 30$ stop… plus multiple bags of chips… the works give you chips and as many salsas as you want for free… Hands down maybe sides inn and out the only chain doing things right. So today Linda working the front desk she totally forgot my whole entire order know when I asked her about she rolls her eyes and goes in the back so she forgot one order entirely got the other order even mixed up forgot the sodas it was two stars I'm moving its one just how bad it is Service is normally horrible , food is a hit and miss. Definitely if they improved there Service it might help. Soda was not working properly.
I haven’t had any issues yet as others every time I visited this location. I wish these restaurants were in Washington. One of my favorites fast food chicken restaurants.
