One gentleman there was excellent. Didn't catch his name, it was around 4pm.
Chicken was overcooked
Consistently bad. The water used in drinks has a strong SULFUR smell. Disgusting!! Chicken is usually dry and overcooked. Service always very slow. I love El Pollo Loco but this one sucks.
