Very rarely do these idiots get anything right. Twice I ordered through DoorDash. Tostada salad combo. First time they forgot the chips and salsa. Second time , they forgot the cilantro dressing that’s supposed to come with the salad. And they want $20+ an hour. For what?

Great Drive-Through Experience at El Pollo Loco! We had a wonderful experience going through the drive-through today. The service was fantastic! The staff showed incredible patience, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we were unsure about what to choose, they took the time to explain the options and even offered helpful suggestions. It’s rare to find this level of attention and care, especially in a drive-through. Definitely a standout experience – we’ll be back for sure!
