I work at the AT&T building down the street from this particular El Pollo Loco. Let me just say it is a well known fact between all my fellow employees, that this place is unacceptably slow. In fact it's there's a running gag at the office "Don't go there unless they give you an extra long lunch". I've spoken to management and expressed my dismay in person.
