They skim heavily on the meat (giving very little), and horrible customer service. Knowing many elder people are coming in, and they decide to not have a single person there to help them, they ignore them if they need help. The food was low quality, if im paying 60 dollars im expecting to have at least a good quantity of meat and a decent service like, I know you guys can get busy but try to not have such an attitude when a customer needs help.
Associate Jesus was being very sarcastic and I didn’t feel respected at all.
I ordered double chicken bowl and i got half a scoop of chicken and it was so expensive. Than when i asked for the refund some little fruity mexican started accusing me of eating it. Dont ever come here i always have problems here. The manager was nice though.
My wife and I came here to grab dinner since we were nearby. We got the chicken meal, I got rice and Mac and cheese for my order. My wife got Mac and cheese and beans for her side. I asked if they had pico de gallo and the lady working the drive thru said yes. I asked for extra and my wife asked for tomatoes sauce. I asked for flour tortillas and my wife asked for corn.
