If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My 75-year-old parents parked in a handicap space with their legally issued handicap placard clearly displayed. Within one hour — almost to the minute — their vehicle was towed. They did not see any clearly visible indication that the space was considered “private property,” and nothing about the situation justified such an aggressive and immediate tow.
