The tacos were mid. Also my steamed broccoli was lowkey cold.
It was five minutes till close and they still took my order with a smile in the face. This place is also no questions asked no questions asked. Went to another El Pollo Loco in a surrounding area and they had a whole 30 minutes and refused service due to laziness. Way to go Loco you guys rock🔥
Nice new looking restaurant. Order v I a kiosk, which seems to be the norm at any fast food these dsys. Very busy, Fast considering how many were ordering. Good tasting! Price much less than most fast food places!

This location has a big problem with the folks in the 7pm shift. How is it possible that the manager is joking with the employees when there are 4 cars in the drive-thru? They proceed to tell customers that 8 pieces of chicken will take 30 minutes to be done. I’ve come midday and the service and the food are excellent, but the night shift needs to improve because this is the third time this happens.
