Great service! Food is hot
No other customer so they dont have the reason to forget anything in our order. Ordered through drive through and good thing i double checked before driving away. 2 items missing.
This night shift can not make a Pollo bowl without it being a watered down bowl of slop. This is the 3rd time I bought 2 pollo bowls that are just terrible. The day shift makes great pollo bowls. Problem is I get off at 9 pm so I can't get a Pollo bowl after work and that's sad. No one wants to eat this night shift food they make it terrible

Who ever was in charge of making burritos this evening 6/7/26 needs to be fired. I ordered a Queso guacamole chicken burrito. It was mostly all rice. There was no queso sauce no guacamole, no fiesta salsa no cheese a tiny bit of beans and hardly any chicken. So your employee was not trained properly or hates his job. No job pride. He/she needs to be fired. This was a pick up order so I didn't realize it was a train wreck.
