Very clean new store. Fast service and food is very consistent.
The service is terrible, and the wait at the drive-thru is way too long
This El Pollo Loco location consistently gets orders wrong, especially through the drive-thru. This isn’t a one-time mistake—it happens almost every visit. I’ve been charged for a 3-piece meal and only received 2 pieces. I’ve been missing sides, tortillas, and even items like churros that were clearly part of the order and paid for. What makes it worse is that I repeat my order, they repeat it back correctly, and it still comes out wrong. At this point, it feels like there’s zero quality control. Update: No change in ratings. Still a great locale. In today’s visit there was a significant delay in getting chicken out. Their solution? A very generous discount and a couple of sodas while we waited. How cool is that? And thanks to the very polite and professional Dem for taking great care of us!
