OMG.... I used to love El Pollo Loco, but today I received the worse food ever. I called and told them first off the wing wasn't bigger than my thumb, secondly I told them the beans were not cooked and couldn't believe his reply, "The beans not being cooked is not our fault." He said the beans corporate has sent them aren't really cooking well and they let them cook for 3 hours. I have never heard of any bean cooking for that long and not being cooked. Editing my review because ordering ahead is essentially useless. You go stand at the counter and they ignore you while they prep and serve orders that were placed well after you walked in and approached the counter. You try saying something when they come to the counter to serve another order but they just look passed you like you're not there. It's happened almost every time I've ever tried to order ahead here and I've seen it happen to others as well. This location always gets my order right which is awesome. I'd stopped g... read more
