Only 2 people working. You have people in the lobby and the drive thru is long. And o my 2 people working. That is crazy! Took me 20 minutes to get some churros.
Good food! Really sweet helpful employees! Was a really delicious lunch!!
Ordered online at 2pm. Scheduled it for pickup at 3 due to only getting a 30min break and I work in the shopping center across. I show up at 3:05 and they hadn't even started on it. I asked the employee and she said they were working on it. She then prints out the slip to reflect a sooner time then when it was actually handed to me. What's the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait 10+ minutes to receive your order and cutting into people's breaks.
They prioritize the drive thru and do not care about the patrons coming inside. I work nearby and only have 15 min breaks. I ordered a kids meal (beans and 2 pieces of chicken) thinking it would be fast. 15 mins later my order still wasn’t up and they had not even started it yet. I had to ask for a refund because I had to get back to work. They offered me nothing for their mishap—no gift card for my troubles, they didn’t even offer me chips or a churro.
