Went by today on my lunch and asked for a chicken tostada! Got all the way back to work to a damn near empty shell! I called and the MANAGER JAME JUST LISTENED SILENTLY LIKE SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE!..she was just like “ok yes” so I was like so I’m not sure what to do.. then she was like bring your receipt within a week for a refund or remake.. ok spelled her name barely offered any type of real customer service. She said!ok sorry bye! I will never stop at that one again.. it’s the worst!
Over the last few years quality and service at this location has definitely dropped. Tonight was the tipping edge for me. We make it custom for us to have Pollo loco at least once a month. Over the past 10 years that averages to about 120 visits at this location. But the last few moths have been crazy trying to get service. No chicken at 7:30pm and asked to come back 30 minutes later for them to say we ran out it will be another 30 minutes. They didn't have sauce for the chicken of any any kind......really it's pollo loco and no sauce? Come on you guys can do better really.....I will not come back...... pollo al carbón way better and way cheaper too
