I have had good experiences it other El Pollo locos and I genuinely enjoy the food. Its my first time at this location and I was ready to enjoy the food however I ordered a chicken queasidilla that tasted like just tortilla and dry chicken. I could not see or taste any cheese. I ordered a chicken tortilla soup and it tasted like straight water and chicken. I asked for salsa and peppers and they gave me none so I couldnt even add flavor. Para mí en lo personal este es muy malo deberían de cambiar a los trabajadores porque no hacen su trabajo como deberían yo hice un pedido y me dieron otro lo quise reclamar y me dijeron que me lo tenía que llevar obligado porque no tenía devolución llame a soporte en el lugar y me dijeron que había echo mi pedido después de las 48 , una lastima este pollo loco porque yo he ido a otros y son muy buenos en la atención y en su calidad
