Amazing customer service. Greeted by everyone upon entry. Order was ready. Whoever does the hiring is doing an excellent job!
Did not serve my food correctly as ordered. Drive thru was rude. Very poor service. Sadly, but wouldn't want to come here again. I was left very disappointed.
I don't go out that often and I don't eat that much nowadays so I was by Walgreens picking up my medication and decide to stop in to El Pollo loco cuz it's the only thing nearby that has at least chicken and something that I can eat this can be good for me. They have a special right now that's two tacos for $5 I've been into one of the tacos and it literally shredded into pieces in my hand.
