I love El Pollo Loco—it's my favorite place to eat. I usually order takeout, but my issue has always been with the takeout experience. Many times, I have had to wait quite a while before being noticed or greeted. The last time I ordered online, I was late picking up my food because I got caught up with work. Estan empezando a dar el pollo crudo, y la orden muy mal, siempre pido una orden de varias piezas mixed y ellos me dan 8 piernas y lo acompletan con muslos, no se que les este pasando, antes estaba todo en orden, me estoy alejando de este lugar que era muy buena opcion de comida. Osmaris atiende pésimo una señora de pelo como rojo siemore me da mal mi pedido ya sea en ingles o español me lo da mal y atiende de malas.
Great place, friendly. Chicken was mad juicy and had very crispy skin. I got the 3 pc combo, which filled me up for 13$, great in today’s market. Has three pieces of chicken, some tortillas, rice and beans, and salsas. I made good tacos out of it. Staff was super friendly! I’ll be going back to try the bowls
