As with all places, this one has gotten a little pricier. $10 bucks for a chicken quesadilla is a bit too much. (Especially when you only get 3 pieces with limited chicken in it.) Used to be my favorite place for a quick, fast food dinner, but I have scaled back. My original 2 piece white meat meal is now around $11 bucks. The new bowls are awesome!
If you love customer service, this is not the restaurant for you. You have to order on the kiosk that is right next to the register that has an employee at it. That person isn’t going to tell you to use the kiosk. The other employee that walks up also won’t tell you. She also won’t listen when you say excuse me to ask a question. Maybe the super scent is from today’s rain? Regular Pollo Loco food. It’s good everywhere.
