My grandma comes here a lot, she enjoys the 2 piece chicken with broccoli. I got two chicken avocado (?) tacos plus a small thing of chips and guac. At one point in the drive thru they asked if we wanted flour or corn tortillas, so I thought that was from my tacos but they came with corn and we got 2 flour tortillas on the side. The corn tortillas must've been old cus parts were tough and I couldn't chew them, so I replaced it with the flour. Grandma also complained that the broccoli was tough.
So today my mom went to El Pollo Loco on Tropicana and Nellis, ordered the food and when it came to the tip she chose no tip and after, the girl making the food smirked, so she came home with this nonsense(im talking about the avocados, the ones that aren't cut/stored right hence the color)... like if you working with food have common sense and decency, If it looks bad don't put it, better yet if YOU wouldn't eat why would a customer?!? I am a huge fan of the $5 original Pollo Bowl probably one of the best deals for the most food for the least amount of money in Las Vegas and it's delicious. The people here are cool and keep this place very clean
