Prices have become ridiculous. I haven't been to an El Pollo Loco in a while and was shocked that the prices have doubled. Why force me to use a kiosk? Special ordering was so difficult, and the cashier kept telling me to use the kiosk. They don't take orders at the counter anymore.

I love the food at Pollo Loco, but my experience last night was the worst I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something, considering my previous visits. The young man named Jorge was completely unfriendly when taking my order; at the drive-thru window, his behavior was grotesque and abysmal—he even nearly threw the bag containing my food at me. You really ought to hire people with good customer service skills, or at the very least, train them better.
Im not usually one to leave a bad review but I guess I should've looked at the reviews before I stopped here! I had no idea they closed so early, I went through the drive thru like normal and parked then came in to wash my hands before I ate. Then went back to my car, ate my burrito, it was wrapped together poorly so the bottom of it blew out and made a mess all over my lap, thankfully I was eating on top of the paper wrapper so I struggled to finish it but thats not too big of a deal tbh and apparently they closed 2-3 minut... read more
