Everthing seems ok but they need an upgrade on the building looks really old
This is one of the worst pollo locos I’ve been too. The food is okay just as any pollo locos. But the sitting room is always dirty. Their floors always littered with napkins. The customer service is atrocious, no greeting, no give us a minute, nothing. The workers always in a mood and I get it we all have bad days but this place always has these types issues. Food good flavor, mash potatoes 🥔 taste good 👍. Inside not the best ambient not a good place to enjoy your food.
Ordered some BRCs cause where I live, we dont have EPL. Well, the order was a bit messed up BUT they were quick to figure out a solution and hooked it up with my long lost burritos. The staff was friendly yet professional. Only negative thing, that dang Christmas tree with the music playing!!!!
