Denied service at 9:12 when it says they closed at 9:30. The cashier asked how can I help you and them another woman with black hair comes and says they're closed. Monday March 23rd. 9:12pm. If its closed at 9:30 why deny a customer before that.

This is one of the worst pollo locos I’ve been too. The food is okay just as any pollo locos. But the sitting room is always dirty. Their floors always littered with napkins. The customer service is atrocious, no greeting, no give us a minute, nothing. The workers always in a mood and I get it we all have bad days but this place always has these types issues.
