We love everything we've ever had here and we've been dozens of times. Employees are always kind and helpful and the portions are always great.
I left this review before and I'm leaving the same review AGAIN. This is the local el pollo loco in my area. The food is usually good but the staff always leaves something out of my order. I usually try to check my food before I leave or I pull over in the parking lot to check my food because 9 times out of 10 there's always something missing..
Nice lunch spot, outdoor seating. About $14 for a double chicken bowl and chips with a large drink.
Miss Rose, the manager at El Pollo Loco, deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. After we placed our order, she noticed my two-year-old and kindly gave him a macaroni and cheese. It made him so happy, and that small act of kindness made a big difference to our visit. Her genuine care and friendly attitude are exactly what keep customers coming back. Great customer service like hers should never go unnoticed.
