I had a really unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this El Pollo Loco location. While waiting in the drive thru, I could hear what seemed to be the general manager loudly yelling at the staff to hurry up with orders. It created such an uncomfortable and tense environment I felt rushed just trying to place my order. When I finally received my food, I was disappointed again. It was ok the chicken was really dry
This Pollo Loco has nothing on the one in Dinuba blvd. Ordered a double chicken tostada salad. They forgot the dressing, the chicken was dry and bland. Even the tostada bowl was burnt.
The food was cold, but customer service was great.
