I went for the first time last Friday and ordered a burrito which was delicious. The person taking my order was named Jennyfer and she executed excellent customer service. Will for sure be coming back soon !

Nowadays it's not expected to receive great service in a drive through establishment. The workers rarely even say thank you. But not this location! I went there yesterday to pick up some chicken for lunches this coming week, and wasn't sure what I wanted. The order taker was patient, helpful, friendly, explaining menu items, and everything was packaged well, they loaded me up with different salsas, napkins and utensils without me even asking for the latter. I want to like this place soooo bad because I typically like the kind of food they serve but this was the last straw. Ordered a chicken bowl and it literally smelt like pedigree dog food. It grossed me out. I’m done. Btw, the chips and queso were good.
I drove 20 miles to this location of el pollo loco, I ordered a family size dinner. The customer service at this location is amazing since I walked in I was greeted by the general manager and its employees. The lobby is nice and clean and the food tastes amazing. I would definitely come back again.
