This is the second time coming to this el pollo loco and being high disappointed. The first time over a month ago I ordered food and got home items were missing from my bag. I called as I do not live close and wanted to provide the information as I paid for things I did not get. Nobody spoke English and finally after calling 4/5 times I got a hold of the individual that assisted at the window and was able to come back another day for items at no cost.
