I have eaten there since the early 70's. I have always gotten the beef enchiladas. They were not good today. The sauce has changed , not the Tex Mex chili and the cheese was different. We were so disappointed. We probably won't return.
Place has been here forever. The portions were gigantic and the food was very good. Wait staff was very friendly. Give it a try.
Some of the best enchiladas in town. One of my favorite places to go when we are on the drag close to UT.
I dismissed the haters and decided to give El Patio a try. Some old fashioned Tex-Mex was calling my name. Their chips are amazing, but that is the only good thing I can say about El Patio. Went for a late Friday lunch. I had a cheese enchilada with rice and beans. Husband had chicken enchiladas. The tortillas in both dishes were tough as shoe leather and inedible. The cheese in the middle of my enchilada had not even melted. The beans tasted funky and the rice was crunchy. I guess the haters are right!
