El Paso in Conover is my go to spot for lunch. They have the best Ceviche de Camaron I've ever had. No one can compare to theirs.

I see all these people complaining about El Paso choosing to close on Thursday. They chose to close on a day to support their workers and families. That is honorable thing for them to do. More businesses should do that! Even if I didn't agree with the reason they closed, I would still support them closing. No one was harmed by them closing. In fact, many of their workers may have not been there, so they would have been horribly short staffed if they were open.
