Ever since Dr. Brower left this office has just gone downhill. The derive from the front office people is horrible and they treat you like trash. Which is so disappointing because I had been taking my kids there for years! Not anymore! As soon as I found out that Dr. Brower is at UMC I took my kids over there and am very satisfied with the service I am being provided.
If your doctor is really behind, I think it’s very important that you communicate that information to the patient. It was already 30 min passed the time of my appt, and I asked how much longer and all the front desk told me was that were 3 more patients ahead of my daughter. Which means Dr. Rodriguez is anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours behind. I have never had to wait so long in a doctor office to be seen. When you have a sick toddler who possibly could have the flu, the last thing you want to do is be stuck in a patient waiting ... read more
Exceptional doctors especially Dr. Kronfol who is an amazing and caring physician!!! Great service, friendly staff, and patient’s time is respected and managed very promptly.
This is an outstanding pediatric practice! I have dealt with many pediatric practices over the years. All of the physicians are very good. Dr. Kronfol and Dr. Brower are outstanding. Knowledge and experience combined with compassion and caring make a winning team 💟
