I have taken my son who is now 16 to El Paso Pediatrics since he was a baby and it seems these employees have gotten very lax I'm their positions that they have the mentality that they are here to get a pay check RATHER than try and HELP the customer. If it wasn't for us customers you wouldn't have a PAY CHECK. So when a customer calls for help, the WRONG thing to say is WELL THAT WANT ME THAT HELPED YOU BEFORE AND THEN HANG UP. What should have been done was I'M SORRY ABOUT THAT MA'AM LET ME SEE WHO CAN HELP YOU.
