I went in twenty minutes before closing for a fill and the man told me they weren't taking anyone else. Took my business to Herbal Nail Spa and haven't looked back since. Terrible and very rude customer service. Should just close down. Wish I could've selected zero stars, they don't even deserve one.
This is a nice nail salon located in Northeast El Paso. V does a wonderful job on manicures (to include full set of nails) and pedicures. You can show her any picture of how you would like your nails and she is able to replicate it. She is extremely friendly. Prices are reasonable.
I have been going to this place for a long time, and V and her brother have always done a great job on my nails. I used to get my nails done @ the mall and they wouldn't even last a week. The price is right.... and I am paying for quality and quantity!!!
The lady cut 8 of my 10 fingers! Had to go home take the polish off and fix it myself... The techician had very dirty nails herself, that should've been a hit to run!
Decided to stop by as it is close to my house....THY was my nail tech. went in for a manicure with shellac...he was rude to begin with and he did a horrible paint job...ive never gone for a manicure anywhere where I leave without getting my cuticles soaked and having lotion applied. Not worth the $25 bucks I paid...would not recommend to anyone!
I've lived in El Paso for years and been to many nail salons and this is the best! I have been getting my nails done here for more than 5 years and don't have a single complaint! I know at least a dozen other people who have come here for years also and love it! V does amazing art on your nails if requested, has fixed ingrown and split toenails as well! They are fairly inexpensive in comparison to other salons and do an amazing job!
This is the worst place i have ever been. Me and my hubby went for mani's and pedi's and they did a horrible job. Charged us $95, and we told them what they did wrong and they took off $5.......wow, like that was gonna make us come back because we saved 5 bucks. i do not recommend this place even on your worst day.
