After reading the reviews it's almost as we went to different doctors and offices. My wait time to see the doctor was a few minutes and all the office staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Dr Gallardo was very professional and caring as well. Yes I also saw an associate who also was professional and caring. My surgery went well both times and I highly recommend the services here.
It’s been a year since my since my surgery and and I’m still seeing great. It’s so nice to not wear glasses anymore. Yay!
I had Dr. Gallardo do bilateral cataract surgery. I developed dry eye and other serious comorbidities as a result from this surgery. When I went for follow up appointments, he dismissed all my concerns, he was insensitive and did not want to hear about it. Instead of referring me to a cornea specialist for treatment I was left on my own. His staff was not helpful. Now everytime my wife has an appointment, we have to wait more than an hour. She had an appointment at 1:30, we're still waiting at 2:30.wish they had consideration for the elderly
