Staff members are completely rude to patients, specially my wife. Others have said the same thing. I’ve already filed a grievance with Tri-Care. If you do have Tri-Care find another in-network provider. Do not get care from this facility.
The staff were very helpful. I was seen by Dr. Gallardo who is very knowledgeable and friendly and I was out in 1 hour total. He is one of the few El Paso doctors who respected my time.
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gallardo and his staff treat you like you are the only patent they have to see that day. ♡ :)
