I've dined here for many years. However, this evening's experience was distasteful. We waited over 30 minutes for My Meal to come out which was incorrect. My wife waited an additional 10-15 minutes before her meal came out totalling 40-45 minutes. I understand a kitchen can get backed up easily and it's difficult to get caught up. That being said we started becoming very irritated when we sat there and watch customers that had arrived 15 minutes prior to us were being service promptly.
