I've dined here for many years. However, this evening's experience was distasteful. We waited over 30 minutes for My Meal to come out which was incorrect. My wife waited an additional 10-15 minutes before her meal came out totalling 40-45 minutes. I understand a kitchen can get backed up easily and it's difficult to get caught up. That being said we started becoming very irritated when we sat there and watch customers that had arrived 15 minutes prior to us were being service promptly. Best Mexican restaurant I have been too by far . Drinks from bar and food is great. The only thing that could be upgraded is the bathroom ( new changing pad or proper changing table for babies that gets cleaned daily, soap in dispensers , proper doors for bathrooms with good locks, replace outdated flooring . ) other than that, great place to eat with family and friends , good family friendly atmosphere. I always make the effort to have my husband drive 1:30 just to shop in hickory and eat at El Paso .
