Would it kill them to add some spices to their ground beef? The beef wasn't even salted, much less spiced. Mexican food should not be bland and that is exactly what this was. Even the salsa didn't have much flavor. I almost gave it 2 stars just because the waitress was friendly and attentive but the food was so bad I just couldn't justify a 2. Service was a little slow, but being Cinco de Mayo, they were quite busy so I won't hold that against them.

We just left the El Nopal at Adairsville. It is absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life.. Nowhere else even compares. We sat at our table for one hour before we got our food. Then it took another 35 minutes to get our receipt and get checked out. Talked to the manager about the issue and he just blew us off. Could definitely learn something from the staff at Calhoun El Nopal. Will not be back.
Love this place and the staff treats you like family.
